They've called me and my family members multiple times regarding a debt that was included in my chapter 7 saying I will be charged with a crime. Last person told me to get a life and hung up on me. Bankruptcy attorney also said they are a scam.

I put a call to my attorney to see if we can file a law suit against them

They have left several messages saying they have a delivery for Jocelyn Fisher,  further on, they say it is a document delivery.  I have no idea who that person is.  They don't say where they are calling from.

They are calling asking for the previous owner of my phone number, who I think is deceased.  Tried calling back, and get a voice mail saying mailbox is full.
