I added a  payee to an online bill payment for my checking and requested activation code be sent to my cell #. I was expecting a text but instead this number called me with the code instead of a text.

I added a payee to my credit union bill payment system and told them to send the activation code to my cell.  They called instead of texting.

Same here. Added a payee to online bill pay, and they called instead of texting the code.

Credit card verification number given in call to home phone. I am assuming one of our cards was hacked. First call I received gave a code-said if I closed out browser window without code would not go through. Received a  second call with new verification code. Someone must have hacked one of our cards because no one online ordering.

phone number showed June 6th; don't remember call but someone else here could have picked up phone.
screen says "Your Name"

This is the payee activation from the bank.  I had to redo it three times and finally the automated voice came and gave me the code.
