If you have a bill call the office and pay it off.  Blogging about it doesn't increase your credit score.  Is that more clear?

If you have a claim to a valid debt the debtor will have no need to be calling you. That debtor will have received a complete notice of validation by MAIL from your company. If a debtor has received nothing but a phone call from you, that supposed debtor will pay you NOTHING!
    " Is that more clear"?

Hey so called Joseph Lane...where's my written letter of debt validation? I received your email from info@integratedrecoveryservices.org, but in under debt collection law, it states that you need to send a written letter through federal mail with validation the debt? It's been over two months and I have not received a letter through the mail, and I have not been arrested or sued?? Why is that? I verified with my state that I do not have any loans currently active, and on my credit report your company's name is not listed anywhere?? Just admit Integrated Services / Integrated Recovery Services is a Scam! If your legit, then prove to us all by stating your license number, state in which your business is registered, and your actual mailing address. Prove to us you little Bi@ch!!!

No surprise there. Just another F rated "Buffalo Buffoon". I think that there's probably a wealthy UPS store franchise owner in Erie county that has made millions from the boxes that he's rented to the bogus debt collectors. The guy is most likely an Indian Émigré...

Here's the email I received from Joseph Lane at Integrated Recovery Services. This was after I requested a validation letter through mail. He had none of the original creditors information, and stated he would only send me an email confirming what I owe. I never received a validation of debt letter. I confirmed after that the debt they are claiming is not valid.

Integrated Recovery Services has contacted you regarding a settlement on the above account in the amount of$365.00.  Your payments are due as follows:

You agree to pay $200.00 on 10/8/2015.

Upon successful completion of your payment, the above referenced account will be considered paid in full. Integrated Recovery Services has agreed to accept the above said sum which will release you from any and all liability and you in turn release Integrated Recovery Services of any and all liability.  In the event this is not accurate please contact our office immediately.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call our office at 1-855-209-1888 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. or Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.  We are not obligated to renew this offer.
Federal law requires we notify you this communication is from a debt collector and is an attempt to collect a debt.  Any information obtained will be used for that purpose.
    Sincerely,

    Mr. Joseph Morgan

Unless you notify this office within 30 days after receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will assume this debt is valid.  If you notify this office in writing within 30 days from receiving this notice that you dispute the validity of this debt or any portion thereof, this office will obtain verification of the debt or obtain a copy of a judgment and mail you a copy of such judgment or verification.  If you request this office in writing within 30 days after receiving this notice this office will provide you with the name and address of the original creditor, if different from the current creditor.

An E-mail is legal notice of NOTHING! The scammer that sent it knows this. He is required, under the FDCPA, to send you a complete notice of validation by MAIL. He won't do that because he fears prosecution for mail fraud. He has no lawful claim to any valid debt. He bought information. That's it. He's just a mouth on the phone who sits in front of a monitor all day. We deal with his type every day.
    Be Safe. Be Aware.
    Gunnar
P.S. Send the scamming clown a Cease & Desist letter to his UPS box. It'll probably be returned, but give it a try.

Hey Gunnar, do you know how I could go about finding this person Joseph Lane? What steps would I need to take to track him down, and expose his Scam? Who can I call directly to have his number and fake business name investigated immediately?

I call everyday, and everyday there is a different woman who answers. Today the VM went straight to Joseph Lane, there was no receptionist or woman redirecting ( yeah right ) incoming calls.

There are several methods used to track down fraudulent debt collectors. Some legal. Some, not so much. You don't need to concern yourself with any of them. This bunch is very well known. Continue to make complaints to the AGs offices in your state & the state of NY. File complaints at ftc.gov.
Above all, rest assured that very soon some scammers will be having their dreams of life in the fast lane dashed as they stand in line, holding a plastic tray, waiting for what passes for lunch in a correctional facility. It won't be their first time...

Yeah, it's a numbers game for them....that's why there needs to be more of us fighting them.
That's why we do what we do, ain't it?

@Bill   Join up man, If you haven't noticed...we are at war. Apathy is the scammer's #1 weapon.

Nope. AG Schneiderman is aware there is a ploy by your "associates" to scam people out of money they do not owe:

This Joe Lane or Joseph Lane persona  appears repeatedly on these "integrated" calls.  The  3840 East Robinson Rd. address occurs on at least five separate debt collection groups that have been featured on 800notes.
