I received a call from A1 Career Service indicating that they needed to deliver legal papers to me.  She told me to call 855-222-3585 and gave me a Reference #.  I called, it was The Calvary Firm.  The person I spoke with (Jeanette Pierce).    She wanted to verify my SS# saying that she had the last four digits of my number.  I wouldn't verify my number with her and hung up on her.  I am filing a complaint with the Alabama Attorney General's Office, Consumer Affairs Department.  Thanks!

These people at calavary law are a special breed of scum.  They called my cell phone and left a message. Moments later my fiance called crying , saying I was being sued. How they got her number is beyond me. She has only had that number for a few months. I called them and was told I owe money for a HSBC mc from 2006. And that I was paying on it for 4 years.I have never had a HSBC mc ever.  In 2006 I couldn't finance anything. I filed chapter 7 in 2013. They still insisted I pay the balance of over 2000.  I asked to speak with a manager and was told he would call me back. Never heard from them. They are a rip off and need to be sht down. Givingy information to someone with outy permission is just wrong.  I want to go after these people so bad

I received a call from an unknown/ blocked caller. Asking when the best time to serve me with legal documents would be. When I asked what this is about the man gave me a # of 855-222-3585. I called this # and spoke to a man that knew my social security  #, never gave me a case # but said that i was going to be served with paper work for a judgement of $1700. and referenced an old debt account that I paid off years ago. I told him this and he said to fax him over the proof (didn't give me fax #) and that he would put everything on hold for now and quickly hung up the phone.

Don't call these jokers back or listen to their messages, much less talk to them. Just ignore them. It's a load of hogwash and ANYONE who answers is likely to get the same thing.

Same thing the guy called the club i used to belong to asking if i worked there. Then he called me back later telling me hes delivering paperwork to me. Im being sued .a1 carrier service. There comming to my house tomorrow.well i wont be home... This number is a scam... Delivery guys number is a blocked number... Unavalable.... So sad idiots do this

Yep, It sure looks and sounds fishy. I did call them back earlier today. I won't make that mistake again. Just waiting for their process server to show up :)

This "A1 Courier Service" name appears repeatedly  on 800notes .  Appears to be a phantom entity and is used as part of a variety of scams.  If you see that name on a CID, simply ignore the call and block it.

Being in ordinary civil debt is NOT a crime and you cannot be arrested for it.  This is just an attempt to scare some money out of you.  Ignore and block the calls.

I received a call on my personal cell phone at 12:14 purportedly from Melissa about a "complaint" registered against my husband concerning DA-95870. The call back number was 855-222-2585. He has no outstanding debts that would result in a call to my cell phone.  I am a lawyer and anxiously await a second call as I am very familiar with the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act.

I got a no caller ID call - guy called Bobby Warren, gave me the same 855 number, a case number. I asked for an address he said he worked from home. I called him a fraud and hung up - he called back 3 times! I called the number girl answered speaking super fast - I told her to slow down and spell the company - ECalvary she said. I said wrong number and hung up. Earlier in the year I was getting a bunch of these and blocked the all - so I guess that's why its a blocked number now.

I got the same thing, but they contacted my cousin's wife in North Carolina (I live in Louisville, Kentucky)!
