STATING THAT IT IS A LEGAL MANNER REGARDING A LAWSUIT.

Just received voicemail from this number. Said to call regarding time sensitive legal matter. If I block it they call from another number. Have received 10 calls in last 2 days.

Received a voice message from this number saying that they will be by on Friday between 3-5 to have me sign legal documents.  Said she was from the circuit court and to call this number 855-227-3195.  I think that this is a SCAM!  According to the FTC they can't do anything like this!!

Got several calls from different numbers saying they were from ARS management saying it was a legal matter. Then started receiving calls from a rose miller saying she would be out between 3-5 that I had to sign some legal papers or I would miss my court date. My sherrifs office says it's a scam

I received a call last week and again today about a debt and a legal matter. I spoke with my circuit clerk and they have nothing on file about a court date. When I called them back they got hateful with me when I accused them of being a scam. I requested an email from them and they sent me an email from the same email address that tried to scam me a few months back.

Based in my research on ARS on 800notes, representatives of this ARS seem to have the habit of going around telling people they are connected with either the court system or the DA's office.  If they call you, always demand a debt validation letter be sent to you by US mail.  E-mail no good.

A lady started calling me a month ago,,different numbers,,saying I owed money,, then a man started calling saying he was gonna serve papers on me,,,  so I called credit agencies,,, the bill isn't on my credit report as it's over 8 years,,, he said he was from  circuit court ,,, so I called they had nothing on record and it wouldn't be in that  court anywayI...they put me thru to distract court ,, And they had nothing there also,, if they had "papers to serve me" it would be on court record,, they advised not to talk or give out any of my info,,,, if you google the numbers they call from they all are SCAMS !!!!

It's a scam I got riped off once and I promise  these lowlife people will not get another penny from me,cause I will make dam sure wee my money is going
