Apparently, I have a lawsuit filed against me. Lol.

Apparently I have a lawsuit that is being filed against me and I’ll be served on this coming Wednesday.

Contacted me twice. Both from a guy named David Harrison claims to be with Consumer Client Services and associates. Says there are scheduled to release court documents to my local county. Checked our state records and nothing regarding pending allegations against me. From a Michael Lares Office. Googled Consumer Client Services and associates and Michael Lares office and came up with nothing to valid the company. Both messages left, they claimed twice they were going to have me served at my home or at my work. Be aware!

Called 2x. Left similar message that others received. David Harrison claiming he is mediating before file gets to local court. Claims it is being filed with Michael Wares law office. I’m sure it’s a debt that is owed. Trying to use scare tactics because wages can’t be garnished for consumer debt in my state. Can only be garnished for government debt or child support.

It is also illegal to claim to be an attorney if they are not licensed - and I doubt they are.

Yes it took a few weeks was just served and called them back but they refuse to talk to me now

Dec. 23. 2019 - received call and voicemail from Leslie Phillips that there is a lawsuit against me from my mother. She referenced a case number, my address (which they have wrong), and my mother whom I don’t speak to.
When I called the number back it only goes to voicemail with the only message being “Louis”.
