Called my cell, I called them back claiming I had a payday loan from some company said talked to my wife when they didn't and said they spoke to the company Human Resources Department. In which they didn't. FRAUD

My boyfriend got a call from this number and ask for somebody else. Thinking that the man said CPS he called them back to say that it was an innocent number (he just got this number a month and a half ago). The man proceeded to say my BF correct name and knew some personal things about him. This is scary!!!

Called and left long legalistic message about coming to my home to serve me with Federal papers, stupid because I just happen to do consulting for the USDOJ, so I contacted them and provided data,

They called from a local number 7am and wanted me to call back the 855 number which has been calling me for years same info case pending blah blah blah call them back or they are going to serve me at my work or home!! Get a real job and quit trying to rip people off!

Left countless messages about an attorney and lien to property. Saying mailed and served docs that never served. Reported them to local and state authority

Called from a local number saying papers were going to be sent to my home today. Then sent me a text to call back 855-227-8123. The text came from 844-305-0160.

I had the same thing happen to me.

Complete BS and so many laws broken. "Erica" called for my gf, not myself. She also said if we don't accept the papers we are entering a plea of guilty (guess we are skipping due process now). A courier will be with a law enforcement official when they arrive at our house. I have an out of state number and live in Texas, but she called from the out of state number (called the gf on a local Texas number).

Just ignore this call.

I had this same thing happen. Claims he's a compliance officer and even called the real estate company I got my house through and left a detailed vm about this matter.

I'm going to do this as well because they have been calling people I know saying they are a County Compiance Officer and to call an 855 number.

They called the realtor I got my house from and left a message saying they were looking for me and I would enter a guilty plea if I didn't call because they haven't been able to serve me. LOL I have cameras and no one has been by here. Leaving messages for me on others phones is a direct violation of the law!
