recvd a card in the mail saying we won a free Royal Caribbean 8-day cruise and this as the phone#; we did not call it

We received a post card in the mail today 5/3/2013 containing this phone number to call stating that we have won a Royal Carribean cruise. We did not call it. The picture of the ship on the front of the card is not a Royal Carribean ship but it is a Celebrity Ship. Mmmmnnnn .... Seems they do not have permission from Royal Caribbean to print a picture of their ship.

I called.  It is a tavel agency looking for customers.  You have to attend their seminar to get the certificate.

my notice says that it is for norwegian cruise lines not caribbean.  I even got roundtrip airfare for 2 adults thrown into the package.

My certificate was for Norwegian Cruise Lines for 8 days and 7 nights for 2 adults including round-trip airfare in the form of a check, the check number was 3009, yet at the bottom in small print it said "This is not a check" One red flag there for sure, I'm not even going to respond to this scam.
