- RonCaller ID showed UHC (United Healthcare) Very heavy Indian accent knew who my doctor was and and my DOB. Said they were concerned about my high blood pressure which they knew about and wanted to make another appointment with their doctor, I declined.. Didn't give any information other than what they told me.

- MaryCaller had very thick accent, Stated he was from UHC and needed to discuss one of my medical problems. He knew my primary care provider's name. He said he needed to talk to me about my high blood pressure at my appointment in June, first he said 2019 then said 2020 when I questioned him. I was there in June, 2020. He knew my DOB and wanted to know when my next appointment was (I told him before I realized this might be a scam). He said my BP was 140/90 which it has not been that high for a few years now. He wanted to set up an appointment with my PCP.
Has somebody hacked into UHC??????- Caller: United Health Care

- KayGot this call today. Said she was calling from UHC. Said my bp was elevated at my appointment on 5/20 and wanted to discuss it with me. I had no appointment on 5/20 but told her I saw my dr today. She said ok sorry to bother you. Very weird.

- PaulaI had a similar experience; a guy called, my phone showed 'spam risk'. Anyway, I don't answer calls from unknown numbers. In a voice mail he said he called "on behalf of United Healthcare with a >health education, not sales call<" ... ha, ha, ha!!! I'm old, but not stupid. I blocked the tel. number.
- DavidReceived a similar call - a woman with a heavy accent I was unable to identify - very noisy connection - said she was with UHC. Wanted me to verify my name and DOB. Had questions about my high blood pressure. Asked if I had a digital BP machine, if I checked my pressure on a regular basis and if I kept a record of it - to all of which I answered in the affirmative.
Said their records show the last time mine was checked by my Primary was 18 months ago. My Primary retired shortly after that and I had transferred to a new one (which UHC already knew about), and I'd seen him 12 months ago, 6 months ago and 1 month ago - seemed strange. Then asked if I was satisfied with my new Primary - and if I wasn't they could help me find a new one. Told her I was very satisfied with him. I half-expected to be asked for my SS#, which I would not have given, and would then have definitely known it was a SCAM Call.- Caller: United Health Care

- Kat* replies to DavidSo you answered all their questions BEFORE verifying who they (allegedly) are? And after that, you rushed right to a phone number look-up site? Why? Do you often look up known phone numbers when there's no logical reason to do so? Have you somehow never heard of phone number spoofing?
- DebbSaid they were UHC and something about helping me with my wellness program. Probably a scam and if it is UHC it's too intrusive
- Caller: Possibly UHC

- DonnaAlso got a call from this number claiming it was United Health doing a wellness check up. A lady and said her name but I don't remember what it was. Then they hung up or it got disconnected anyway.

- SuzanneI received a call from this number today, Feb.1, 2022 and it was auto rejected because I started to get calls from this number Nov. 22, 2021. From that time, I blocked it. Another call came Nov. 22, Jan. 24, 2022, then today. All auto rejected.
- RamonaWoman identified herself as from UHC. Gave me the spiel about conversation being monitored and due to my privacy rights, asked my name and birthdate. I did so. Then she said UHC was concerned about my high blood pressure. I asked how she knew I had High blood pressure. She answered that they were offering help with persons who had high blood pressure. I asked what she was trying to sell me. — “nothing. UHC is just working to protect your health.” I ended the call. I immediately dialed the number on my phone and got the recorded response. It was so close to being legit, but not close enough. I hung up after being on hold a few seconds.

- ExproSame thing, a man or woman ? with extremely bad English, seems like from India, but still able to say that it was from Unimiated Hethcared , that it was not a sales call (really, how dumb ) I asked for name, but she/he/it said, "Hkmsi lindk" , or something to that effect, at which point someone in the background started yelling at him/her/it to "Talk English!). At that point, I hung up. Very obvious scam call, from some poor slob who is still learning the ropes on how to scam Americans. Better learn English first, Hkmsi, or lindk, or whatever.
