This number keepos calling my cell phone. It is a recorede message saying that their is no emergency but I need to get their card to lower my interest rate. They give you the option to be put on the do not call list by pressing 3. I have done it SEVERAL times but they still keep calling. My cell is registered under the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.. How do I get these people to LEAVE ME ALONE??

What you do is not answer calls you don't know, never call them back (*67 does not work on toll free #s) and get a call blocker and use it. Problem solved.

I've learned overtime to get a live person the other end then either turn radio up if I'm on the road or tv, vac cleaner noise works too!! I did this numerous times the calls stopped for awhile.   Also answer " fbI fraud unit" you need to remove this # lol that ended a few scammers !  Just mess with them they will take you off the list good luck!  I want the IRS scammers to give me a call!

They may be legit but if they are they will charge you more than you will save. You can lower you're own rates, just look on line for how to do it. Could be they just want to mine you for id theft info though. Risk is up to you for no benefit what so ever.

There is no way to get them to leave you alone. They change numbers so often there is no way to catch them. The best thing to do is not to answer the phone numbers you don't recognize. If its important they can leave a message right?

I'm on the "do not call list", too, for all the good that does.  Since these anal retentives ignore the list and often "spoof" their number, I just waste their time messing with their mind - what little they have anyway.  Play with them on the phone and tie them up.  The longer they spend talking to you is time they cannot spend finding someone to sucker into their "lower interest rates".  On a personal note, I am debt free and the only credit card I have I keep zeroed out and use only for on-line purchases.  I pay it off as soon as the charge(s) appear on my statement.  What I learned a long time ago is I don't like paying interest so if I don't have cash to buy something outright, I don't.  Rather, I'll wait until I have the cash (if it's something really BIG like a car or pickup truck) and then buy it interest free.  That's my two cents worth, anyway.  Again, mess with these people's minds.  Use a Pakistani accent and tell them you are Microsoft technical support and get rude with them for calling you with their "... stupid Microsoft computer problem.  That is why we all use Apple computers here.  Only stupid people buy Microsoft computers!  So what is your stupid problem, you stupid person?!"  Trust me, you will throw them completely off script!  They're not going to stop calling you so just dink with their mind.  Ciao!

This is a very common and dangerous scam, as well known as the Nigerian Prince scams.  Whatever you do, don't do business with them.

I think I have told these people to stop calling me before more than once, included telling them I was on the do not call list. Now they keep calling me every few days then hanging up when I answer. Called back and the number says its Communications Solutions answering service. Machine tells you the date and then hangs up.  I can't remember what the call was in reference to when I originally talked to someone.

I finally realized the thick accents don't easily understand what I say. Keep talking nonsense, waste their time, do your neighbors a favor. They might really add to to their DNC list.
