I received a call from a KATE WEST about a debt so I called back then I was transferred to a JASON KLEIN who has a direct number to be reached at (323-302-4643) about a debt involving Wells Fargo Bank, (but I had already paid off my debt directly at Wells Fargo bank) they insisted that I owed them money that totaled $1,000+ and that they were willing to cut the debt by half, but my debt with Wells Fargo bank was not even close to the amount they were telling me it was less than $100!! They said that I needed to make a stipulation agreement to cut the $1000+ done to half but with the email they sent of the paperwork it doesn't give detail to what the debt is about and payment options until I saw another attachment asking for credit card information

Got at call from a number and when I call back says number is not a working number. That happened multiple times. Few days ago same thing only this time voice mail was left and told me to call 855-233-8061 when I called a male answered and said his name was MARCOS RAMIREZ and that he worked for LINCOLN GROUP told me the matter was not regarding me but for my wife. Even though I have not told him anything besides that im calling this number because I received a voice mail to call this number back. He went on rattling off all kinds of personal information. . A LOT... but REPEATEDLY also wanted to confirm my address  ... I see on this site other people have had similar circumstances. So that eases my mind a little bit.. but thats not right and these people who are behind this need to be held accountable for what they are doing.

Phone number 651-829-3711 called and left an automated voicemail wanting to verify and address in regards to a complaint and to call them back at 855-233-8061. This number has called me, my husband, my father, my husbands father and my husbands brother; as far as I know. Have tried to google the numbers and haven't found anything to make them sound legit. I have not answered the call. My husband has tried calling the number back (the 651) but says it is disconnected. Glad to see other people with the same issue.

they claim to be process verifications.  they call almost daily from a number that is not in service.  very annoying.  i called back twice now to tell them i am not Angela whomever.  they say they are having my number removed again.  very annoying.  and when they answer the phone they do not identify themselves.  sounds like a flakey debt collection outfit.  they claim to have legal documents that they are trying to deliver from 9 to 4 monday though friday to the address listed and place of employment. (of which they have niether) they are fishing for information, very annoying.  

Yes this is a scam for sure and a flakey fishing operation.

I got a weird call too on February 24th saying they were trying to serve me with papers.  I asked who is trying to serve me with papers and the girl said "LFG" and gave me a number 1-855-233-8061.  I called and was transferred to Jason Klein also.  He said I would be sued over some credit card debt that I did not know about.  We went back and forth with emails with "settlement offers" that came on letterhead of The Lincoln Group at the US Bank Tower Los Angeles.  When I googled The Lincoln Group nothing comes up.  I have a feeling this is a scam.  Waiting to see if Jason Klein will provide me with verification of the company and of the debt he says that I have.  Also got the Credit Card authorization form, which is just a generic form.  Does not have the company info on it.  Love to know what is really up.

I got a call from that Marcos guy also...  Did you receive anything from him? He did I would receive some legal papers in the mail.

I received a phone call from a guy named Damien Brown and his phone number is 1-323-303-3304 he said they are trying to serve me papers and had some information on me, like ss#, date of birth and account number from the us bank, is this a fraud and how would he have my ss# and full name and what not?

3233033304  total fraud.  I told him I was under medication and could not handle financial or personal business at this time.  I got charged for an account that was charged off older than 6 plus years and statue of limitations is 4 years in Texas.  I ended up

That sucks man. If I were you I'd do a chargeback and file a claim on this guy. I sent 300 but after doing research called my bank and got the money refunded he called a few times after but I never called back now he has left me alone.. I turned that number in and they are running a full investigation on these scammers.

I really cant believe i gave this Marcos guy over $600! scammer! He didnt pay off my debt. I still owe!!
