    They took $18.95 out of my bank account 4 days ago, completely unauthorized.  I used them once, supposedly for $1.00 to look up a house.  I probably used my debit card.  Stay away from them.

    Have you filed a fraudulent use claim with the bank or charge company?  It appears this has been going on for 2 years.

    Did you use this service and sign up for that $1.00 lookup?  You didn't read the TOS, which does mention the $18.95 charge.  It doesn't explain it very well, which is misleading.  Most likely, there was a box checked that signed you up for monthly billing.

    Yes, I fell for it also. Complained to my bank and their looking in to it. The company said they couldn’t refund my money since I turned in a complaint.

    This is obviously a scam.  I called my bank and cancelled the debit card I used, and requested a different card number.  Anyone who falls for this scheme should do the same, as there's no telling how many other scam artists now have your card number.

    Checked my bank statement today and had the typical $18.95 charge of which I know nothing about. Additionally I had Property Values charge the same fee. They did however turn around and apply a credit which I believe they are trolling for victims. I have no idea how they got my card?
