I have called this number and they have given me three different company names, none of which i could find on the web anywhere. They gave me a fake web site address and they have been harrassing my family. What is this companies real name and address so I can file a report. Thank you

OK I GOT A MESSAGE FROM MY HOUSE AND THIS IS THE NUMBER THEY LEFT IT IS SOME TYPE OF PRIVATE INVESTIGATION NUMBER AND THEY HAVE TO GIVE YOU A COMPLAINT # TO GO BY, VERY SCARY IF YOU ASK ME... I WAS IN TEARS STRESSING ON WHAT THIS WAS ALL ABOUT BUT I GOT IT FIGURED OUT AND TAKEN CARE OF

Really?  Well, I guess you got it figured out after they sent you a notice of validation.....by mail....as required by the FDCPA and federal regulations. You didn't??? Well then,  you got ripped off by a bunch of low-life, foreign frauds!
No written proof? Don't pay a dime! They can't accept a payment by mail? Don't pay a dime! They won't give you a valid, physical address? Don't pay a dime! They mention Western Union? Don't pay a dime! They mention a pre-paid card? Don't pay a dime! They want bank or card numbers? Don't pay a dime!
Shall we go on? Let's not.
Scum-bags are getting tiresome. Legitimate debt collectors will identify themselves by name. They will provide you with their companies name, address & valid phone number.
They don't? They're frauds!  Always!  NO exceptions!  EVER!

when you call this number and talk to someone what do they tell you? this number keeps calling me as well and they tell me its a fraud complaint and I need to pay a certain amount or they will issue a warrant out for my arrest and come for me. I am very scared, waiting to hear back from a legal lawyer because I have never been involved in fraud stuff.

this morning when I woke up I had 2 missed calls and a voicemail from this number but it was blocked on my cell phone and I also received a call soon after from my mother in law saying they called their home line looking for me. I don't even know my in-laws home phone number!! After calling it back multiple times I finally got ahold of someone and they informed me that they would be taking me to court over a bad check I wrote?????? umm what???? so i got transferred to their legal department and she told me that they had faxed court papers to my county court house this morning. after getting hung up on i called both north and south court houses and they have nothing for me. they also told me that most courts wont accept faxed paperwork that they actually have to physically come in and file a case against you and if you still don't respond they have to come back in and file court papers on you in person. also if you try to call the number sometimes you get a voicemail for a Kevin O'Connel.
