Had a local number leave a threatening message about legal action, both civil and criminal.  Said I would be served papers at my home or work address.  Ended the message by saying I have been notified.

Alice B-something called leaving a message stating that a process server is in the area and that the person they are calling for has a court date for check fraud.  Strangely, the person she is looking for has not had this tel number for 6 yrs.  In addition, Alice left a partial of the person's ssn on the voice message.  Every 3 mos. some fraudulent company gets this number and calls for her.  So I called the return number and the individual introduced himself as "Mr. Robbins".  He would not identify his company.  When I advised him what his colleague left in the message he completely blew it off and wanted to argue with me about how they haven't called before. Don't take these calls seriously, they are a scam.

Called said they were tel-check and withdraws from checking we're being attempted. Wanted to verify what was being deducted from checking account. Yeah right, the bank would call not tel-check. Contacted bank they didn't know anything

Rec'd a call, robo left a message stating they were call from tel-check and that an attempt to withdraw funds from my checking account was going to take place.  I was to call this number in the next 48 hours to freeze any activity.  I guess the joke is on them as I have not had a checking account for 6 plus years.

Received a call from this company stating they were the check fraud division of my financial institution and there was a fraudulent attempt on my account for $330, they then verified all of my account info without me giving them anything. I told them I would call them back and hung up. I then called my bank and found out this was a company attempting to take $330 out of my account and they had already done so, I was already too late. The good thing is I filed a fraud claim with my bank and after 2 weeks received my funds back. A week after I received my funds back I got a call from the same people at this number stating they were trying to help me and that they had a lawyer who was willing to help on my behalf. I told them to stop calling and that I knew they were a fraud and the representative then changed his tune and started yelling at me and telling me they were going to sue me on some loan and they apparently had over nighted me info about all of this which never came by the way. So I told them to contact my attorney and remove me from their list and hung up. BEWARE!!! LIARS!!!!

Set up payments with this company and had to re arrange the payment schedule due to some issues coming up. when i checked my bank they had taken out way more then we agreed to under two different business names! when i called one of the numbers listed on my bank statement it went to a SPRINT CELL PHONE NUMBER! Do NOT give them ANY INFORMATION!

Caller keeps demanding to meet me somewhere to drop off court documents, etc.  They say that they work for the county but won't specify which county.  He finally got frustrated with my questions and hung up.  They want to withdraw payments from your account monthly but do not have an actual statement to prove that you owe anything.
