As I was not home, a Dennis left a message for me to listen to the following message carefully. He went on to say that he was a Process Server Dispatcher and wanted to know if anyone would be home to accept the paperwork. He stated there was a suit filed against me and my son-in-law. He then proceeded to leave a suit filing number. Problem there is that there was not the correct amount of characters needed in that number.

Calls to this number, during off working hours, one will be told, after ten rings, that the call can not be completed as dialed. I did reach them during working hours and talked with Dean. He stated there was not any pending suit against me. I gave him the file number I received from the message and was told it was against my son-in-law.

Subsequent visits and online checks with our county's court system show no legal action filed against either my son-in-law or I.

A legit company, a legal service one at that, hides behind a phone tap!??!

just got a call from this number. they said that I was being sued by guaranty bank and that some one would be coming to my house to serve me papers if I did not consent to paying them with a credit card over the phone.

they called HR on my job and was told the same thing......@jan

my granddaughter got a call  wanted almost 1000.00 that day  or she would be served papers  and could face jail time then he said he would give her until today by noon  when she ask for written proof  he said he couldn't give it to her but to call him when she got the money and he would tell her how to send it  then she ask again for him to e mail her some kind of paper work   and he said  see you in court and hung up on her,    she is scared to death   she just wants proof of what hes saying  and he wont give it to her

Read my submission on earlier date. www.CJB.net shows the number belonging to someone on S. Jericho Circle in Aurora, Colorado. "Google Maps" shows it as a resedential area. I have reported my case to the Aurora PD on Arapahoe Rd. Is a scam - count on it. I recommend you to report to same PD.

Got a text message from this number about saving money on my DirecTv service to call for the deal it says. Haha
