"Mediation Service" that is just a debt collector.  Doing the ol' youre going to jail unless you pay right away thing.

Yes. You can't go to jail for ordinary debt and you aren't warned in advance if you're going to be arrested.

They said that I had an unpaid loan of 700 that they are taking to court which will freeze my assets and suspend my license

As I said, it's a scam. If you speak to them again, demand they follow the law by mailing you proof of the debt. They will make up excuses as to why they can't.  Best to just block and ignore such calls.

Claim owner SS# to be blocked,  but scam phone app does not pick up as Scam receipt call.  Ph # from suspicious call 800-251-1278

Got the same phone call. Gave different number. 833-781-7347
Gave a case number. 2019-49585 Said the same thing about undeliverable mail.

I got the same call from this guy from 833-781-7347 Eli Parker and he gave a case number.
