Scam has sent me a threatening txt in regards to serving papers due to a debt.

They actually texted me from a different number but said to call this number in regards to a debt and left a reference number.

Sent me a text say they were delivery documents (serving me with papers, I presume) due to a debt.  Have no idea who it could be.

how did you know it was a scam? I got the same text but it also includes that I am communicating with a debt collector

“A delivery of documents has been scheduled for Tomorrow during normal business hours (9am-5pm) for xxxxxx xxxxxx . To Re-route or reschedule the delivery please call 1-855-251-2458 and provide reference 19-H04275. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. You are communicating with a debt collector.”

Just got a text message from this number stating that documents will be served tomorrow between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. with a reference number and a different number to call

I got the same text, I just blocked the number so they couldn't send me anything else.
