This was a call from Spectrum customer service.  He was calling about a complaint I had with my bill.

Some woman keeps leaving VMs saying she received "correspondence" from me.

Again, number is associated with Laura H. from Spectrum sent to me. Her style is she is never at desk and callers are asked to leave message.

Doesn’t answer call backs , I wanted to check to make sure it isn’t spam or a scam

Same as above, left no message and i was checking if spam.

It was spectrum calling me about an inquiry

Yes I received a call from this number indicating a person's name and I the extension number and that I had an open order with spectrum I never called back the same number I called the main number for spectrum that I have for my bill I spoke to them there is no open order of any kind and I certainly didn't request one it's a Spam scam everybody be aware

Caller said he was from Spectrum. Wanted to talk about an order (gave number). Return call was a South Carolina number I was to use. Spam call.

Ever since closing my deceased mom's Spectrum account these spam calls and emails have been coming in on a daily basis. The names the scammers are using are all different but the reference number is always the same
