She called & demanded $3k within an hr & said subpoena was sent to an address but never said wht address or want to repeat the company's name. She had a really bad attitude

Got several harassing calls over the last 24 hours for someone who doesn't live here.  Would not tell me who they were and started yelling at me?  I told her I called the police this morning and told her to cease and desist.  The company doesn't even exist when you search it.

Called my mother saying that they were serving me at my address and was going break in to my house to collect a debt. Very aggressive threatening and rude.

Received four phone calls from a Terry Dennis with Minor & Associates. Stated that legal documents will be sent to me between 10am - 2pm the next day about some legal matter. Terry Dennis also called a former stepson and left a msg with him trying to get in contact with me...that doesn't make any sense considering I've been divorce for over 23 years. Why contact a former stepson when you already have my landline and cell phone? I refuse to return the calls because I don't owe anyone anything. Sounds like debt collections scammers to me...scum of the earth people!

Call my job told them that they were sending a subpoena on 7/27/2016 I asked them not to call my job and I was reporting them to the Attorney General Office they said let's do it

I received a message from this company and was told that they were sending legal correspondence to two addresses, one of which I did not recognize.  I called them back to get more information and they were very rude to me right off the bat.  I gave them the reference number left in the message.  She then asked me for the last 4 of my ssn.  I told her I was not giving her any personal information without her telling me what the debt was.  She got very indigent and disrespectful and then hung up on me.  I was trying to do the right thing by responding to the message and got no where.

You're lucky you got nowhere. The "right thing" is not responding to the message. Did you read any of the other posts in this thread? Did you learn that the caller is a scammer trying to get personal information (=translates into cash) from you? When they call again -- they probably will because you called them back, which is a no-no) do not answer the call. Find a way to block the number and never give a stranger anything in the way of information. Would you have given your information to a stranger on the street? A stranger on the phone is worse.

The people are obviously scammers. I returned call and person was rude and mean. Refused to identify what state they are in.  Do not believe Miner and Associates is a genuine or legal entity.

i dont answer calls from #s i dont recongnized. i will check the message and same complaints demanding money .

Just ignore and block, they can't do anything!

Received a call from a so called "minor and associates" gave me areference number but does not state the reason for the call.  Says im going to get "legal paperwork" delivered to me? It sounds scary so i can see why people would want to give in.

She called and and left a message on voice mail. While giving a return number, she started yawning on the phone and said "Sorry" while continuing to say the final #. The entire time she talked, I was waiting for a reason or what the debt was about! Nothing. Just said to get "My attorney" between the hours of 10:00am 2:00PM. lol.  Not only that, but she quoted some old address from years ago.

Received several calls from unknown number. They are calling our business cell phones. A man "james" said that we needed to return a call to Minor & Associates. He said that he was calling from Nationwide Processing in Allentown, PA. The last message said that the legal documents are in route and in order to stop this from going further, we need to call them today... So sick of these people.
