I received a call from this place yesterday, so did several family members along with my HR department at work. They threaten to have the county sherriff pick you up for your unpaid debt. They are more than rude. They can not supply any documents showing where the debt came from also they only allow payments by phone and will not give out a mailing address. Their company name is USC, but when asked they state it stands for nothing. When I told them I would investigate first and check with the BBB they stated they were not affiliated with the BBB. Humm real legit huh? For one thing if you owe a debt yes you should pay it. Sometimes people get into situations where they can't. If you want to get your money threatening and being extremely rude is not the way to go about doing it "the good ole scare". You should try being kind offer assistance and your pay off in the long run would be much better. I would never give my banking over the phone to the people.

This is not a legitiment company they are very rude and threatening and continue to call me, relatives and my place of employment when asked not to. They can not provide any documentation of said debt and threating to have the police come pick you up. They only accept payment by phone and will not give you their mailing address. They also will not tell you what their company initials stand for. Very shady.
