Keep getting calls from it for someone who has never lived here!  I think it is a scam.

Calling with threat of jail

Someone left a message and said that they were calling for someone who doesn't live here and never has; they said that a formal complaint had been filed with the district court and that he had now been "officially notified" of it. the number on the caller ID showed up as 855-801-1232 but the number they left to call was 855-261-9696. When I called back it said "Thank you for calling FS Group". I spoke to someone who asked me for the case number they left, I gave it to him and then he asked me for my phone number. I refused to give it as they already had it, and he said that without my phone number they couldn't help me. I told him that since I had notified them that they were calling the wrong number if they called me again that I was going to report them to the Federal Trade Commission. He hung up on me. So I think I'm going to go ahead and report them anyway. I'm pretty sure that what they're doing is illegal. And they called me twice this morning.
