I get calls from this number and about 6 other numbers used sometimes 2 to 3 times a day and even on Saturday and Sunday, this must be an automated system set to harasse you to death.  Please Stop the calling

Hundred times a day with this no!  Stop!!!!!

How do these companies get everyone's numbers. I use an unlisted prepaid cell and still receive these odd prefix callers.

They use a Sequential dialing system.  "Robo dialers".   Makes no difference what kind of phone you have, unlisted or not,  when you number comes up....ring,  ring,  ring....

Daily calls from these guys.  Debt Collectors - Oliphant Financial.  Always for someone I don't know and they don't seem to care when I tell them I am not that person.

Received a call from 855-733-2464 on 11/11/2013 at 12:35PM EST. I already had this number on my block list so my phone did not ring and the caller received the out-of-service message.

The caller is apparently "Oliphant Financial" who has called several times in the past from different numbers.  Usually no message is left but sometimes an automated message is left looking for someone I don't know.

I have already blocked all the numbers reported to be used by Oliphant Financial which is why this call was blocked.
