Caller said her name was Jessica Clark and she needed to get in touch with me regarding legal documents that had been filed in my county and gave a bogus case number. Asked for the person at this address to have me contact them at this number or I would go to jail. She didn't leave the name of the company only this number. I hope the scum bags that Ms. Clark works for has deep pockets because they have violated a few FDCRA laws. The best part is that I have the same name with a different middle initial of the person they are searching for. I say serve away.

caller said her name is lynn tate and she was the senior case mgr and needed to speak with me in regards to a legal matter that was pending.  She also stated she had the legal right to have me served on my job to have me to appear in court. she did not state what company she worked for or anything but would only say i failed to respond to any messages. i'm not responding to anything if i don't know what is going on. she is not giving any details but want detailed information.....nah it don't work like that....and it's getting to the point who ever this is harassing my family.....if it is something legal send me a letter in the mail stating what the legal matter......otherwise leave me and family alone.....
