i received a call from this number also? Giving me a case # and saying they had orders to serve me. Is this what they told you?

It sounds like the well known scam that's being reported in other posts on this site. It's most likely a scam that can be ignored. If you are truly about to be served, no one would warn you about it beforehand. Usually this scam goes on to say you can avoid being served and/or having to go to court by paying a part of the alleged amount that you have defaulted on, but ONLY if you pay right now, by credit card or, more commonly, some form of untraceable form of cash transfer.

did they say you have to appear in court and they have a docit number and the name was mrs morrision ext 292

got the same message from a Dennis Boyd or Voyd leaving a doc number.  saying he's from the legal process summons division; saying to call him back at number being 855-262-7093 x212 but he called from the number 508-928-7195.  use to get these calls all the time; had to call my local FBI office and report them; even went to my local police station to see what could be done/

I got the same kind of messages from these people.  They seemed so real that I was about to start paying them until I had a clue that it was a scam, I even suggested to them that they were a scam.  They denied it like crazy.  Thank God I found this web site.
