we received a call from this anonymous number claiming that we did something we didn't do and we tried to call back but they wouldn't pick up

I have received harassing phone calls fit over a year with threats on a bill I cannot pay right now. They have threatened to throw me in jail, Mark as a refusal to pay. Looked up friends and family online and called them. I've asked them to stop calling and I would connect them when I'm able to pay. They call up to 20xs a day sometimes

I recieved calls also I have made arrangement but was un able to keep. they call all the time

We continue to receive phone calls from this phone number trying to collect on a bill that isnt een ours!  I have called back and asked them stop calling.  I also asked how they got my phone number and they would not answer.  This is unnecessary harassment.

I also am being harassed by this company even though I have a payment arrangement with them. The company is URG and can be emailed at customerservice@urgonline.com or call main number at 866-850-3830

Call blocker might be of some help.  Also don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize, or where there are caller IDs that seem odd.  Or where there is no caller ID.
