These people are scam artists....liars....presenting themselves as a legit company.....AG SteveKoster will hear about this

man  said he was from Osha wanted 259 dollars to send out new regulation, posters.  Told him it sounded like a scam and we would not be sending any money.  said his same was Mike Hobert at ext. 329.

Said his name was Manny, wanting to speak with a manager regarding OSHA 2015 labor laws. I'm sure he was trying to sell us "compliance materials" again.

Received a call from a woman  who ask  to speak with our GM or Operation Manager. When I asked who she was and where she was calling from, she  stated very aggressively "   This is Lindsey calling from Federal Safety regarding OSHA update"
I knew this was a telemarket type call. So I placed her on hold and then I came back and infomed her She could leave a message then left 855-277-2239 Ext. 317 .

I just got a call from 954-925-0819. Told me he was with OSHA and he needed to send out information material. Asked if I am still at (my address - he had it). Then wanted my name to send the information to my attention. I asked for a number to call him back as he should already have my name if he was told to call me by OSHA. Jim gave me a number of 855-277-2239 #305.  OSHA does not require you to put up posters. Also calling from 954-925-0821

Im sure a scam for the FREE info you can get from the government w just a phone call or copy off the internet.  OOOh the lamination is probably what costs the bucks. NOT calling them back.

I just received a call from Federal Safety Compliance in regards to OSHA materials. The person who called (Suzie) number came in as 954.621.3868 and left 855.277.2239 x 356. They made a quick verification of my company's address and then said that shipping would handle the rest. When shipping called I told them I would have to get approval from the owner. In the mean time while I had them on hold I received information that they should not be charging and to ask them to email a quote if they were going to. When I took the caller off of hold they had already hung up. I tried calling the number back and all that was there was an answer machine asking for the party's extension. The extension apparently did not exist and I had to go through the various channels which all ended in an voice message system.

Couldn't get a word in with this guy named Mike Hubbard.  Why would I pay $298.50 for materials that you can get straight from Osha
