From RSG? bill collectors. Couldn't hear most of it because the guy was talking low and too close to the phone. Second time they've called. But it is actually about a Chase Bank credit card account written off years ago. Beware!

They called me could not understand what they said, they hang up. I called them back
same thing, then they asked for someone unknown, advice: put them in your pone black list

I have had this situation before with another number and had reported a complaint to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)  with a list documenting days and times called, and what happened.  The FCC actually investigated and prosecuted the offender.  So, file a FCC complaint!!!

These idiots call all day long.  I just ignore.  Don't answer the phone for them.  Now they are leaving messages that they are calling me and me alone regarding a legal issue.  We all know that for legal issues, you get a summons or something in writing or are served with papers.
