Called my parents #...Asking for me to call a number back to be served papers..That is not how that works, do not fall for this and tell these scammers exactly how you feel when they call.

This is the second time in a week this has happen. I received a call from 833-358-9447. Called both my home and my sell phone. They asked if I will be home from 9-3 tommorow to receive and be served important papers. When I asked from who they told me to if I wanted that information that I had to call 855-279-0427 and provide this reference # ********. When I did, they told me I have an old debt which is a Pay Day loan I never paid and they could fix it for me if I paid them $1012.00
Funny thing is, I"VE NEVER HAD A PAY DAY LOAN! Total SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Said they were serving papers and wanted a call back. I told them I'm calling the police and hung up.
