"Private Number" left 855/279-0550 as a call back number. He called my former cell phone number 3 different days at the same time of day (the current cell phone user played the messages for me). He claimed to be a litigation attorney and said that if I did not respond by 3:00 (the last day he called), he would turn my case (2 charges) over to the sheriff's department for criminal prosecution. I did not get to he message in time, and when I called the 855 number at 3:55 p.m., I got a message saying no one was available to take my call, and said to leave my number. I did not leave a number. I had some payday loan problems a while back, but thought they were resolved. Would a real lawyer call from a "Private Number"? Can I be arrested as he claimed? I don't know what to do?!?!?!?!

No. I thought about trying to call from a pay phone again, but those are hard to find!

If I didn't pay the amount of 200? by today they were gonna have the sheriffs office issue a warrant for my arrest. No name given of the company or won't even send me documentation stating what I owe. They say its for check fraud to a pay day loan company.
