These scammers pose as arbitrators for check n go. Said they were going to have me served and prosecuted for check fraud. They also called my work saying there was a summons they needed to serve on me for two counts of check and bank fraud. After doing some research I found out that they are based out of Seattle Wa from what I could gather. I also found out that with payday loans check fraud can only be prosecuted by the district attorney not by them, the so called RH Group. If anyone can post an address for them it would be appreciated I'm going after them legally and filing charges against them. Don't fall for these scammers lies, after all nobody tells you they want to serve you they just do.

First they will have a restricted number call your home or work claiming to be a process server that is trying to be a nice buy and save you the trouble of being served at your place of employment by him and a couple of deputy's. This is from a restricted number so that they can try and cover their illegal steps in collecting a debt. He will claim he has a special number you can call to try and resolve or to give your home address to avoid being served at your job. Once you call this number they will tell you this is a claim for an illegally written check for a payday loan. They will want to setup a settlement deal with you and if you don't play they will harass you trying to get you to submit. Here are a couple of things you should know. 1. They can not prosecute you because only the State District attorney can do so. 2. Many of these cases back in the day were thrown out because it is illegal to post date a check which is something the payday lander asks you to do (in other words they are promoting illegal activity on your part. 3. If there is truly a case against you it will be filed and a real process server would be contacting you, not these clowns. 4. It is very unlikely you will ever be prosecuted for this kind of transaction because it is already viewed as sketchy business dealings. Truth is people on these pages say they have no clue why they are being harassed when they all know at some point they took a loan or such and for whatever reason was not able to pay it back. This may effect your credit, which in most cases wont matter because our credit already sucks or we wouldn't be in a situation where we had to resort to trusting these type places to begin with. It will also put you on a state registery so that if you ever apply for another loan from a shady place like this it will not be allowed (Consider this a bonus).

Called and told me were calling from the state districts office and they needed to know what time was best to meet a deputy to subpoena me. I gave him a time and place and he later told me I could settle this agreement instead of them pressing charges on me for check fraud. After I set up an payment plan he said he was going to transfer me over to a verification process and no one would ever come on the phone. He then said he was going to just do the verification his self pressed a couple of keys on phone and read a statement.  I need to know if this is legit or should I call the place I got the loan from and set up an arangement through them? Jonathan Schendier is the person who contacted me and he did not seem legit at all..

I just got the same computer issue - all of a sudden my screen went red with a drop down window advising of all the viruses that could be in my computer. Everything was frozen also.  It did give me a phone number to call but of course I did not.  It was also just moments before when I received a message on my telephone from someone threatening to have us arrested if we did not pay our taxes.  He was very mean and threatening and I can certainly understand why folks, especially those who are older, and those who don't understand so well, would comply with the threats.  I know about this scam, and it still made me very uncomfortable and intimidated.
What I found out is that even thought the computer unfroze, it needs to be checked to make certain that nothing has been infected and/or stolen
Why can't everyone just keep their hands off whatever is not theirs?????

same frozen thing - it won't go away.. had to open a different browser to see what I could find out.  I have a very good antivirus on my computer - just hope I can get this to go away - very strange.  It seems I'm up to 77 viruses now.. yeah, I don't think so.  Hopefully can get it unlocked.. what browser did you guys have open when this came up? I was using Chrome.

I was googling a # and clicked on a link and it said my computer was infected and to call this # to have it removed. So I shut my computer down. I haven't called the # and my computer seems to be doing fine so far.
