I have been receiving calls from an unknown number and they called my work, in which I pretended to be someone else to get all of the information.  The woman said the company name was Prudential and she was a locator and that papers were going to be delivered to my place of employment if I did not return her call.  She then stated that she sees that I have a good job and she doesn't want to have to have papers served to my office because she wouldn't want me to be fired.  I have credit card debt but nothing that would warrant a legal action.
Total scam.

They call to say that legal documents r been file in my county

received a call from sherry wilson regarding  return from finanical instution in my county gave a referece number to the legal dept also stated they will search for most recent employer and address. did not say what company they were calling  from >
