Automated message saying this is not an sales call or advertisement. Stated if this is (insert my name) press 1. Once pressed, it says a representative is not available and to call the number back. I did so to see who the company was and it went to voicemail saying a representative is not available. It never stated the name of the company.

Hello.  The toll free number-(855) 287-7040 belongs to Southeast Pain Management.  It is their collection department.

They stated this was an important health call, and to call them back at critical health care at the number provided.

Got a call from this number, same message "this is not an sales call or advertisement. State if this is (insert my name) press 1". I just hung up. I have been getting odd text messages and these types of call lately, I figure they are fishers trying to confirm information. If you do not know who it is, and it does not inform you of who they are, it is probably best not to provide any info including, acknowledging that the number is yours.

It's Southeast Pain Clinic asking I call. The person above said it's their collection department and that would make sense considering I owe them money and I have been paying only what I can afford each month. Now that I know that, I'm not calling them back.
