Received a robovoice call (from the Department of Social Security) informing me that my SSN has been suspended due to some suspicious activity and that I should press "1" to speak to a representative. The individual had an Asian accent. When I pressed 1, the individual stated that I should give him my name, SSN and and address and he could look up my file. I insisted to him that he had called me and that he should have all that information. He stated that he wasn't going to give me any information about me and threatened to hang up. I told him I would be reporting this number and he hung up.

Received a call on my cell phone that went to voice message. It was a call from the Social Security with a robot call of a male voice. Said there was a problem with my number and it was suspended. THIS IS A SCAM.....SCAM....SCAM. CALLER ID GAVE THIS NUMBER AND SAID UNKNOWN CALLER OR LOCATION.

This morning I receive also. I was wondering is it real or not.  Thanks for your post.

Same caller as all other “SS” administration but clearly Obvious as a scam and not real , I told the caller let me have your address so I can stop by and he said it’s  not close for me to give them a visit!!
