this was a deb collector for a hospital

Billing at Florida Hospital, Carrollwood, FL, part of AHS. Their payment system is terrible so I get their calls monthly despite already making automatic payments.

I am still fighting with my insurance where they said a broken arm wasn't eligible for a trip to the ER, and these people are calling non stop. I didn't start writing it down until recently, but over about two weeks they called on:

Most of the time, there wouldn't be anyone on the other end. I finally just blocked them.

I received this as a voicemail today @ 9:59 AM. The woman that left the message did not identify herself or what company she was  calling from. Too vague for me to reply to. After spending hours getting rid of randsome ware virus on PC yesterday, was in no mood to deal with a hoax.

This is a debt collector im assuming from florida hospital.. i was under the impression it is illegal for them to harrass my cell phone. The woman did not state her name or reason for calling. In fact, the message began in the middle of her sentence. Very annoying calls.

Debt collectors are allowed to call once per day, and if you gave the hospital you cell number, you gave them permission to call

That simply is not true.  Please cite the source of your misinformation.
