Don’t know who this number belongs to. They called and said I had to pay or go to jail. The guy said something about a payday loan, Wachovia bank. He wouldn’t tell me who the Original creditor was a really any kind of timeframe but yet he knew my social my current job and has job and a few families names

Banks do not give out payday loans. That is reserved for the local criminal loan sharks.

I processed a payment of $254.96 on November 14, 2018 to this number.
It was supposed to go to a Citibank account, last 4 numbers of 9696.
I am unable to trace this payment. The last person I spoke to was Derrick Chaves

Do not aend money to numbers you don't know. It is always a scam.

A payment was made to this number. When I called them to find out what it was for they said it was for a bill collector and gave me the number 855-673-2173 and said that it was the customer service number for my account. However, when I called that number it said "this number cannot be competed as dialed."

You made a payment to this number but don't know who you paid?! Who did you call that told you "it was for a bill collector"?
