Got a call from a lady saying she was an attorney and to call this number with a claim and the would say what charges e against me

Someone has been calling anyone with this last name and saying they are going to sue. If they know me they can send a letter as I have lived in sameplace for several years.  Don't care for them telling anyone my business.

They Have Called Everyone In My Family. They Called My Job As Well. They Are Doing Way To Much.

they called me said they had papers to serve me could not tell me what for.  also had some other guy call to schedule a time to serve the papers to me for a pending lawsuite from some payday loan which I never have used

called my mother and my cell.  A guy claiming that he is a locator and they have charges and need my current address.  Left a message saying it is my last chance and I have been warned and that I better call them back today.  Obviously this is a scam b/c a true debt collector or anyone filing charges on you can't speak to you that way.  DO NOT PAY them money.  I had this happen to me in the past and I freaked b/c I was young and paid them and it was complete fraud.  Very rude and harassing!!!

THIS PERSON HAS CALL ME SEVERAL TIMES AND MY JOB. THIS IS MY FINAL CALL... IT WAS MY FINAL CALL THREE DAYS AGO. I CALL 855 NUMBER THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ANY INFORMATION AND I DID NOT GIVE THEM ANY.. SCAM SCAM SCAM.....
