This is one of many numbers for a scumbag collection agency that goes by the name of ACS or ACS Offices.  You are called, generally on your primary contact number and possibly your home or work number, and told that you will be served for non-payment on a payday loan and charged with attempting to defraud a financial institution.  

It's a hoax.  

1) Debts are civil, not criminal
2) You would have already received previous phone calls and letters from the collector
3) You aren't warned about being served - you just get served
4) There aren't criminal proceedings, rather it is a case in small claims

a) They are violating the FDCPA
b) They are not a real attorney's office
c) If a message is left, it is to call back to their offices.  (This is a number for their office)  
d) Your Caller ID will say private number

Remember to tell these failed abortions that adults generally grow up, leave mom and dad's house and get real jobs at some point in their lives.  If this is the most they can accomplish in their meaningless existence on this planet they need to go out back and be put out of their misery.  Life for them is going to be filled with disappointment.  They should just do themseleves and their family the favor of jumping into a fire pit and ending it all.  Their charred remains can be disposed of easily and there are no funeral expenses.
