This was a voice mail on my cell phone today.  I don’t think SSA would contact by phone.  I have not given the SSA my phone number. I believe this is someone trying to get my SS number and other personal information.

Same here... I just laughed at the Indian guy on the other end of the phone once he asked me for my social security number

This number has called me for a few days straight. They don't seem to give up! So, I didn't respond to the option of pressing #1 to find out why my social security number was suspended like this guy is saying it is. So, today I went into my local social security office & asked them about it. Their response was that THIS IS A SCAM!! Do not press #1 to find out why they've suspended your number. They have also called me from other phone numbers. Do not give them any personal information about yourself!

i missed a call from this number today but they didn't leave a message.  SCAMMERS!!!
