Just received the same phone call from a guy asking for me. I asked who is calling, he stated he was calling regarding a legal matter. He said he wanted to ensure that I was going to be home within 2 hrs so they could make a final attempt to serve me. I said I don't even know what this is for.. he said if I wasn't home when they served me, that I would have more legal fees added.
He said he couldn't disclose the matter but provided me with a case number and a phone number 855-337-5737. When I googled the number it shows it's for Elite Home Protection. I gave the number a call and blocked my number. The lady answered with Goldman & Associates. I just hung up.

Called my cousin in reference to my mother about a lawsuit, said they would serve us at our house in another state from my cousin in 2 hours. Gave a reference number and this phone number. Called and asked if they are legitimate lawfirm as I cannot find them online, man that answered said "are you serious? I can't find you on internet and you're not a scam" then laughed.

Called said they had a case number I denied them. I am not giving out any info.

I’m being harassed. Like legitimately harassed by this number. A “Nina Williams".  For a bill that was supposedly in collections over 20 years ago. 855-337-5737

Same as other people, few details, threatening language, came from (518) 219-4449 per caller id but they leave the phone number of (855) 337-5737 which belongs to an unrelated company in Florida. It's just a scam.

Yup! I received the same call and the message left was by a lady with what sounded like a thick Indian accent...I may call from a different number and mess with them...Too bad we don't have PAY PHONES any longer as this would be a PERFECT thing to do from a pay phone!!!!

Number they called me from is 910-889-3730 but left the same 855#....

They have been calling for about a week even called my mother. Saying I have been put on her schedule to sign some paper and need state issed id at signing she says coming to my house or place of work. Yet nobody has shown up at either location Goodluck finding me at work I'm 5000 feet underground. This week it's a new lady with a very soft voice said she was coming today yet still nothing. I'm thinking some kind of scam they are calling from an unknown or restricted number. Any law firm or collection agency will call from a real number I have been called from them before this just seems weird to me if they show up i guess I deal with it then not about to give people my info over the phone.

They've been calling me for a month now. At first they said they were chasing a debt from 2007. I told them they are nuts. They called my son yesterday,  and I used the phone # they gave him. It was to a Medicare plan business.  I called the older number, and this man told me they were chasing a CC debt from 2012. He said they tried to serve me several times, and I called him on it. I'm disabled,  and never leave home. I also told him they changed the amount, and business they were "serving" papers for. I told him I'm home, so serve me. I want to face you in court.  He then said they offered me a nice settlement,  which is BS. I wish they wouldn't harass my children, but this is most certainly a high pressure scam.
