We have gotten calls from this unrecognized number but no one has been on the line when we answer.

It called my phone but no one was on the line.

They call once a day, however, there's nobody there.

called and they said they are a customer satisfaction group that makes calls on behalf of car dealerships. They call regarding your recent experience with the dealerships service department or the sales department

From the comments above it seems that it has something to do with my recent car search. The only time I gave information was to print a coupon. Now this number has been calling every day for a week. Sometimes twice a day. It's really tiresome.

I have also gotten this call once per day.  I answered the first time, and nobody was there, but they continue to call.  I have not interacted with a car dealer or any other unusual company in the last few weeks that I can think of...

I have had recient phone hacking. The first time I answered no one was there.
