UMMMMMM have you collectors ever heard of statute of limitations???? They are just trying to get money on old debts and threaten you with jail and court. Miss Cliffon said that she was an investigator with the state fraud dept. She was really rude. Do not give these guys any credit card info. They are the real frauders, if that's even a word. SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!

Saying I owe money and will be taking me to court

I got a call from them as well and according to the "legal dept" my court papers are on their way!  Hahaha

Message from them, called back, said they were taking me to court....i asked for all the documentation sent to me and i would handle appropriately.....they said, i received it by mail and email....she then said she would see me in court
