Upon further researching this phone number belongs to crysler capital - something about the lease of a car

Answered a call from this number to the office I'm a gatekeeper for and they hung up as soon as I gave our company greeting. CID said Chrysler Capital.

Tamika from this number called today & asked for an employee but refused to say where she was calling from, only that it was a personal business matter. When informed the employee was unavailable, she refused to leave a message & said she would just call another number for him.

This is Chrysler Capital making sales calls for people who are about to complete a lease or pay off a loan with them.

Chrysler Capital call for regarding your lease contract. If you don't pick up their call, they will leave you a message.

They never leave a message. Call all the time. My lease is up in Dec and they want my car for it only has 4300 miles on it. 2017 300C.  Better stop calling with no message or I'll go elsewhere.

Called my landline yesterday, and left a message, asking for the couple who live across the street from me. Peculiar.

They keep calling asking for someone that is NOT at my number.  How to make then get a clue and stop calling!  I don't care if someone else owes them money and isn't paying.  Not my problem to call them back and be on hold to tell them they have the wrong number.

I doubt that telling them verbally would make them stop calling.  I also doubt that they will stop calling if you do nothing at all which is why a certified, return receipt "not me" letter is the best course of action.
