This is listed as in  CAMBODIA and it's a scam call. I got on their list from dealing with AMAZON, one of their suppliers who of course denies it.

Received a postcard with this number fora pending eligibility back or knee support system. Release code 30690-2372 claim deadline 7/28/16

I just got one of those Urgent: Read Immediately Cards in the mail at my old address. It looks like it came from Southern MD. Permit No. 968 First Class U.S. Postage Paid fro an Auto Sender with a bar code on it. The Toll Free number is correct. They are advertising for A Medicare and Insurance covered Back or Knee Support System.  Their Release Code: 30071-598 Stating their system of knee or back support reduces your pain.  Delivered by: The Pain Center.

Mine is going in the trash. I don't do sales over the phone, and most of these people don't give their first or last names and ask your for yours and start harassing people for more information people want to supply to them. They have a warning on the bottom of their advertising card that reads like this.  WARNING: $2,000 fine and/or 5 year imprisonment for any person interfering or Obstructing with delivery, of this letter, US MAIL SECURITY, 1708.

Thanks for the warning Mike. I can't stand telephone solicitations or junk mail. Now I have to worry about using the Amazon Card my kids gave me for my birthday.  I don't share information on other's and don't expect them to share it on me and pass phone numbers or mailing addresses with them.

That "warning" is typical of these crappy businesses.
Funeral insurance, car "warranty" offers, etc.
No one needs what their business offers, so they hype up their alleged importance.
