- Anonymous| 1 replyFrank Davis called. From an unknown number. He said he was contracted through Pro Serve USA. Gave me this same number to call if someone wouldn’t be home to sign papers being served. I tried to avoid saying “yes” as I head that can be a scam. I also didn’t tell him if we would or wouldn’t be home. He, too, mentioned Cornell and Associates.

- BigA replies to AnonymousI is an imaginary scam made up by they type of people who use tictok, twitter, etc.
- AnonymousI received the same call last week and they just called my brother talking about me and my property. The voicemail I got ended with "you have been served" as if that is actually how it works. It sounds very legitimate and believable though, so be careful! I called the number back from my work phone and they also mentioned Cornell & Assoc., which he said was in LA. So I said why would a law firm in California be calling me about my property in North Carolina and his reply was they "handle cases all over". Was rude when I wouldn't give him my "case number", so I hung up. [***] these people!
