    Called with a case number saying that possible judgment and or lean against me for a Past debt That I am currently paying on. And he didn't even have the right amount calling from a private number at that. This is has to be a scam.

    Called threatening legal action on a debt over 20 years ago. Threatened my assets and my family via another loan in my name. I'm sure like everyone else told me to enjoy ny lawsuit. Very scary to have this happen. This is a scam.

    Called saying I owe for a truck that got repossessed in 2001 .thing is I have never bought new vehicles 2nd I was living over 300 miles from where they said I was at the time .Scam

    Gave me a case number and said there was time sensitive paperwork that needed my signature. Did not give any info on what it was that needed to be signed,but threatened legal action if I didn't in a timely manner.This was a voicemail and the girl talked so fast I had to listen to it three times to write the phone number down. Sounds METHY too me.
