Caller claimed to be calling from Process Service Division on behalf of another, with a bogus case number threatening proceedings without my consent.  As a lawyer, I looked up public records and found no such case number.  They wanted me to call back to inquire about time and place of service.  HAHA I have been over seas for 15 years and all my assets are in trust.  If they continue to call I will find them and serve them with VIOLATIONS of the Fair Debt Collection Procedures Act [FDCPA] and seek statutory punitive damages so I can have a very nice dinner for myself and my extended family on them.

And, maybe I will have a class action certified, so my children, even those yet unborn, can all retire early as well.

That's hilarious if you think that you are going to get that much money in any lawsuit let alone a class action.

Hi I too have been threatened, accused and harassed by these people about a vehicle my ex husband purchased ive been divorced over 25 years and because I looked into this she claimed I'm admitted to purchasing that vehicle she kept threatening me I told her she and her entire company is a fraud and they will  have to answer to God for all their scams and fraud and then she claims I'm threatening her! Because I said tgood luck because they will  all burn in hell. There is a place in he'll for those like them.
