Left message on my cell phone for someone I don't know saying that caller is a process server for some law firm.  She "doesn't normally call people," but is giving this person a heads up that she is about to be prosecuted for a bad check.  She continues with contact the law firm at this number to avoid someone contacting local law enforcement to seve papers and to avoid a court appearance before a judge.  There was something about a financial institution in there as well.  This message was left after a previous call where I informed the woman that she had a wrong number.  So, hey, Angela Treadwell, whoever you are,  good luck with all this.

Tiffany "Something" also left message on both my husband's and my work cell numbers saying they are private process servers and they are turning me into the courts where I will receive another charge for "Failure to Appear" after I am found guilty (for fraudulant check charges?) if I don't call back within 2 hours to try to resolve this matter.  Gave me a case number and everything and said they had try to serve me papers but had been unsuccessful (guess they had a hard time tracking me down to the home that I have lived in for 7 years, that comes up when you Google my name).  I am thinking FRAUD*FRAUD*FRAUD, so it's a little humorous that they are accusing me of that.

I got a call from this number and the lady on the voicemail said she was a process server for the state of Oklahoma and said I had until 6:00p.m. to call her back or a summons would be issued for me on Friday. She said I had ample time to resolve this matter. What matter?  This is just another one of those fake bill collector scams using fear tactics to get money out of you that you do not owe.
