"Dr. Rick Malcolm" robo calls come regularly, about every month, usually offering to pay participants in a study for diabetes or similar afflictions (I've already forgotten what affliction today's robo call was about) but his calls come regularly each month and from different phone numbers to avoid blocking.

His web page looks "legit" but I wonder...

...his total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about his business ethic, doesn't it? I'm inclined not to trust a robo caller who disregards the DNC list. He's forced to change his phone number each month because he knows people will block his unwanted calls. What's he up to?
