I actually didn't receive a call from this number.  It was the callback number a very excited young lady left on my voicemail because apparently I had entered a contest at some point and I won a Jeep Explorer!  YES!  I could hardly believe my good fortune.  They'd tried to contact me by mail but I didn't respond (what is WRONG WITH ME?) so this was my last chance to claim that awesome Explorer.  I haven't called them back yet...I'm kind of curious to see what possible scam this could be.  Maybe I have to send them a couple hundred dollars in processing fees...you know, license and registration?

Same story as Ouija above.  I received my call on Nov 6.  I never enter contests online or in malls.  This is definitely some type of scam.  I would advise not to phone them back.  On a humorous note, a woman left the message on my machine and she identifies herself as "Bill Russell, prize director."  I assume they gave this woman some type of script with made-up names and she mistakenly chose a man's name when she left my message.

Because these criminals are operating out of overseas boiler rooms under the protection of corrupt governments and away from US jurisdiction.

Message from "Monica Scott" assistant of "Mr raffle" letting me know that I have won a Ford Explorer with an entry ticket either online or a local mall. Couriously I had another call from 1800-313-1201 from
"National Prize Claim Center" and the sweet "Karen" who urged me to call her back because, who would have though... I won another Ford Explorer through an entry either online or a local mall....
I won two Ford explorers in one day.
I wanted to call them back to give them a piece of my "ford-explorer" mind, but Mr Raffles is away of his desk or in another call, but you can leave all your information to claim the prize.
On a serious note, please don't fall for these bloody scammers. If you'd have won something you will remember the "entry ticket in a mall or online".

How could you have won the Ford Explorer (or one of several other prizes) when I just won it... Bill just left ME that same message, and he sounded like a really nice, sincere guy! Can't wait to get my hands on the wheel of my new Ford Explorer!

They must have a lot of them to give away!

What a load of horse crap... I get these types of scam calls all the time.

We just had a message about a 2014 Ford Explorer and "3 other prizes" too!  We "entered online or at your local shopping mall."  Will be reporting them!

"Michael", my prize coordinator, called to tell me that I won a 2014 Chevy Explorer from a card I either filled out online or in a mall. I googled the number he left, and found this site. Didn't call the number back although this "is my last opportunity to claim my prize after sending several notices in the mail."

I did call back and asked for information on their organization. The caller tried to deflect the question. I asked it again, they started to answer " we are with the prize center but not directly connected with the prize giver" and then we were mysteriously disconnected.

If you look at the older posts you'll see that this very same number was used by supposed debt collectors.  They must not have paid their phone bill and lost the use of the number so now the "prize center" is using this same number to notify us that we've won a Ford Explorer.  Ya RIGHT!  I just got the call that I have won and to call Bill Russel back to confirm!  Ya RIGHT!
I hope no fools fall for this typical spam/scam!!

Got a phone message with this number as the call back number telling me I won one of three prizes the top prize being a Ford Explorer.  Decided to check online and I'm glad I did.  Scam, scam scam!  Said his name was Bill Russell--really? How original.

I had the same message from Bill Russell.  I won a brand new 2014 Ford Explorer and this was their last attempt to get in contact with me.  They said they sent paperwork through the mail that I had not responded to.  Watch out everyone!

I was just checking some old voicemails on my home line and had an  inbound call from 914-768-9076. Just like others who have posted it was a voicemail about an entry I made at a local mall and I won a Ford Explorer or three other prizes they also sent me paperwork in the mail to my home address but silly me I didn't respond. I just googled the 855 number that was their call back number and found this page so no question this is a scam.
