getting calls from this number but when you call back, no one answers the phone. Automated system states, "you have reached Pirates Group'

I keep getting a call from this number saying it's a lawyer wanting to serve me in a court matter. He then says we are schedule for court this week per documents that were faxed to him. When asked where/when this court appearance is for, he can't tell me because it's a sealed document. How does one fax a sealed document that cannot be read by the reiceiver? He then states that I will be criminally charged with "Failure to Appear" if I don't call him back RIGHT AWAY to clear up this matter with a credit card. Hmmmm. DON'T THINK SO!!!!

Same thing happening to me. How do we call back to settle the matter if nobody answers? Do they think everyone is stupid? Any idea where this number is located? I have searched hi and lo. All phone searches come up with "No match found".

These ppl call me from an restricted # unbelievable. If u ppl were professionals y block ur #. The sad thing is they called my job n told my supervisor that I was going to b served papers....wow unbelievable. They called a sibling at 10 pm thinking they wouldn't tell me absurd. Ok this persons' name is suppose to be Jennifer Burch....who is suppose to b a private locator who's from a place called private locator because she is a scammed who wants to talk fast with the BS and don't know where she's from or at. According to the FaTC laws no professional business should b calling anyone after 9pm. Law broken. And if in fact she isn't who she says she is incriminating herself as being someone she isn't to try to extort monies. Another law broken. When I called the number back the recording said you have reached our age group.....wow what the. I thought she was a private locator...well isn't this unfuknbelievable. The company is a bunch of crackheadswhodontknowwherethehelltheyrefromoratdummies.

Got a call from a Tracy Dom, saying my file came across her desk from a client that I need to contact today to resolve this matter. She did not state the company she was calling from, the "Company" who had filed the claim, or any other information besides my name. I don't know what number she called from, but the number she gave to call back was 855-393-8950. This has happened before and I contacted the local sheriff's department. The officer told me that these are scams and to not send them anything, do not entertain their phone call, and that if there was any type of case against me, that I would be served properly.

I got a call from a block number, they left a message saying his name is Levi Page and for me to call 855-393-8950 and when I do, it says "Something Group". Sounded like Outrage, or Outreach, can't really tell. On top of that, he said he got faxed a document, but couldn't tell me who it was from because it was "sealed". OK, I call [***]. Called like 7 times in 10 minutes, yelling at my wife and myself, saying "You have been officially served." How the hell does anyone get to the bottom of what this is all about? He knew where I used to work and my old address, and threatened to serve my wife at her job if I didn't call him back.

Did anybody get a call from this number stating a processor by the name kim folger is serving you with court summons from rth group is this a scam cause I set up payment arrangements with them should I cancel through my bank

One word, Yes, cancel it quickly it is a scam. One can call you to let you know you are to be served and I two i never heard of paying money to stop a summons either.

So this is Michael from above again. That Levi Page guy called me again, so I called and talked to someone at the 855-393-8950 #, he said his name was Kyle McCormick at extension 304 and was threatening to have me arrested for fraud, so I went to my local Sheriff's office and the local Police department, they both told me to NOT give them any payment info and to report it to your local Department of Justice. In my case it was the Oregon DOJ. I did just a few minutes ago and I'm waiting to hear back from them. They also both told me if they call me back, to tell them the conversation IS BEING RECORDED and Don't Call Back or it's harassment. After I told  him that he hung up on me and the calls stop for today at least. I will try to post again if anything happens tomorrow or another day!! Oh and I had him clearly say the name of the "Seattle based company" and he said it was "R H Group", so I asked him what kind of company it was, and he said an "Arbitrator and Law Office"  I can't find any information on any of what he gave me. Hope this helps someone else!

Hey michael I also talked to kyle mccormick and I unfortanately got suckered into paying before I investigatedfurther Iim calling bank tomorrow to stop payment until they send me required documentation that I request

The officers I spoke with said if I received any further contact to not only tell them it's harassment, but if they are a legit operation they need to mail, not email or fax, all further contacts to my physical address.

I was also told to report the same information to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) http://www.ftc.gov - So all of you need to report this crap to the Department of Justice for your state, and the FTC. Hope this helps.

Also your states attorney general, and the FBI.... You can google the states Attorney General for your state!

They have been calling my boyfriend for half a year....telling him their coming to his job...the house...have even gone as far as talking to his mother.....how can like this be stopped.....its ridiculous. ....one of them told me my number is on the summons....but can't tell me my name or any other info.   #geturlife

My wife finally got them to hang up on her and stop calling. For the time being at least. She told them when they called last, that our attorney needs all their contact information. Plus I notified the FBI, who is already investigating a few "companies".

I got a message from a Cory Baker, from an unlisted number stating he has a received a formal complaint and is going to serve me at work or home and if I want to take care of it call the filer at 855-393-8950 - well no one answers the number.  These people are scammers and need to be stopped from calling us!
